- What is Naviextras?
Naviextras is the official navigation map update website used by PND and Aftermarket users to download available updates and other content. To download Naviextras Toolbox, please go to www.naviextras.com. This software helps you organize the content and updates on your device. To learn more, please visit www.naviextras.com, or contact your device manufacturer.
- How can I pay on Naviextras.com or in the Naviextras Toolbox?
We receive the majority of the most popular bank cards. Some examples:
A range of additional payment methods are available in some countries, including direct debit, bank transfer, PayPal, DB24, CommerzBank OnlineBankingweb, Dresdner Bank internetbanking, Netpay, Paybox, iDEAL, Solo card, etc.
The payment of the ordered Products takes place after sending the order. Site Operator organizes the payment via the internet with the participation of several third party payment processors. After initiating the payment procedure, You will be redirected to the site of the third party payment processor (Payment page). By initiating the payment procedure You agree to pay to the Site Operator, through the third party payment processor, the prices then in effect. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the third party payment processor in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Site Operator shall not be responsible for any error by or occurring at the third party payment processor. Customer shall provide bank card data needed for payment through the Payment page that is operated by the third party payment processor. The Site operator does not receive, access to, store, process or handle bank card data or cardholder data and will be informed only about the successful or unsuccessful payment by the financial institution arranging the transaction.
- I have mistyped a billing data, or requested the invoice to a wrong name and address. How can I modify my billing data?
Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your billing data.
- I have several devices. Can I install the purchased updates on all of them?
We are sorry, you can’t. One update can only be installed on one device.
- I cannot purchase any updates from the Naviextras.com website, although previously I could.
If you have more than one registered devices, you can no longer purchase updates through the Naviextras.com portal.
- What is Naviextras Toolbox?
Naviextras Toolbox is a free PC application that helps you easily manage and backup the content on your device, and upload the map and software updates purchased on Naviextras.com to your device.

- Windows 7; Windows 8; Windows 10
- The files on my SD card/device are corrupted, or disappeared. What can I do?
If you have a backup of the card please try to restore the data on the card by the use of the Naviextras Toolbox. If you don’t have a backup please contact the customer care or service team of your device manufacturer.
- My device is not in the list of supported devices. Is it going to be added later on? Can I update my device through Naviextras.com in the future?
We continuously update the list of supported devices. Once we have finished the necessary preparatory work, the device is added to the list of compatible devices. As long as the compatibility of a device is not guaranteed, we cannot give you reliable information on whether or when a given device will be supported. You can get this type of information from the customer care team of your device manufacturer. Our support team cannot answer these questions.
- I would like to use a device or card with a bigger memory. Is it possible?
The Naviextras.com portal cannot help you in this question. For more information, please contact the Naviextras customer care or service team of your device manufacturer.
